    C-clamp set up

    • Make sure the clamp does not wiggle 

    Get on and off the hammock

    • Grab the elastic strap on one side of the hammock and hook it on one arm of the smart clip
    • Take out one elastic strap on either side of the hammock from the smart clip

    Length adjustment

    • Ensure the length of elastic straps on both sides are equal or similar to provide the best stability and balance

    Routine use

    • Easy to put on and enjoy back support while standing
